Hello, my name is

Victtor Guilherme

I am a Full Stack Developer with over two years of experience. My goal is to improve a little every day to become an excellent Software Engineer and to lead technical teams in projects in the future. I am always open to new opportunities and challenges.

One of my greatest strengths is my mindset. I firmly believe in discipline and consistency, in hard work, and that practice leads to excellence. Like some people I admire who share this same mindset, such as Kobe Bryant, Cristiano Ronaldo, Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps, among others, I think the same way about hard work and striving to be outstanding at what you do.

Although maintaining discipline and consistency is not easy, and achieving that alone is already valuable, I believe that is not what truly sets me apart. My main differentiator lies in my soft skills. I have practiced sports and team activities my whole life and have led many of them. What I have learned and strongly believe is the ability to get along with different people, communicate effectively, act ethically, and work toward a common goal to achieve success.

Being able to bring out the best in yourself and those around you, as well as solving the problems that arise along the way, is crucial. That is why being excellent at something alone is not enough. It is necessary to have ethics and the right mindset to work with people and handle challenges so that together we can achieve the objectives set.

I am always learning and evolving in every way, and I believe this is my greatest strength.
